General Question !

Verified means that a member clicked the button "WORKING!", the rank is based on the average amount of "verified" (working) bonuses. Despite the fact that the rank is not giving (yet) any particular privilege to members, is indeed very useful to easily determine the average quality of a member submissions.PS: Since the rank was introduced just a few months ago, approved submissions that are older than this feature are not included in the calculation of the average score.

Increase you submissions approvals

Hi everyone!I've noticed that is extremely rare to get even a short description of the bonuses. This is very important in many cases, especially when there's no code attached, in which case we will approve your submission only if you will add a clear (even short) description written by you, about the actions needed to redeem the bonus.Be also reminded to avoid descriptions with text directly pasted from other websites, unless you're manually rewriting them we are going to reject those submissions, always.

Hi jasonxg,asking for your ID/proof of residence it's something that almost all the online casinos and gambling websites are doing since always. However, this is not a common practice for what concern Bitcoin based casinos, so I perfectly understand that if you experienced the advantage of the crypto-based sites that allows you to instantly withdraw your credits before to meet the "classic" casinos, this can sounds a little odd.

24 Hours gone all submissions got rejected automatically ..

Dear lolxxxx,as you probably are already aware, I always try to be polite and responsive, and to use user feedbacks as a source of improvement. I understand your frustration, but It's quite possible that another member submitted the same bonuses/codes before you did. Submissions can be published after 24h or in some cases even after one week from the approval, so you wont be able to verify anything before that amount of time, plus be reminded that the final acceptance of a bonus it's at our sole discretion, always. There could be any kind of reasons to reject a submission, and even if we always try to accept the most of them, there must be a very strict selection.PS: Please consider the opportunity to write me in private if you have more questions, or maybe just use different topic titles and post your questions in a more neutral way, this would be really appreciated, since we build our reputation with years of correctness and presence, negative feedbacks are cool too, but there must be a valid reason.Thanks for understanding.
