We process cash out requests weekly, usually on Monday.

But at least when you review the withdraw application it should show us status of approved . OR you just review the application on Monday ?

They review your application for withdraw on Monday only if you request one. I'm not sure how many confirmations are required but I can imagine ita the same as any pther tramsfer on the blockchain.
