Also i wanted to know i am seeing Verified under bonuses what does that mean ? what does it mean by verified ?

Verified means that a member clicked the button "WORKING!", the rank is based on the average amount of "verified" (working) bonuses. Despite the fact that the rank is not giving (yet) any particular privilege to members, is indeed very useful to easily determine the average quality of a member submissions.
PS: Since the rank was introduced just a few months ago, approved submissions that are older than this feature are not included in the calculation of the average score.
