If you multiply this fee for the number of micro transactions we process weekly, well...I personally prefer to pay the full cash out amounts and wait a little longer instead of charging our members for this fee (like a lot of services are actually doing), but if you want to ask to the rest of the community feel free to start a new thread in the "community discussions" category, suggestions and feedbacks are always very appreciated here. 

Your guess sounds quite pessimistic to me, I've already noticed a confirmed transaction from this batch of payments, plus it happened just a few times to wait that long...
