It happened to me last two withdrawals. I've had to wait ~30 hours to get first confirmation and second time 9 blocks was bit faster.You can not say its out of your control and blame the chain.

Live support can not forfeit that bonus and told me I have to wager 1800€ more to request withdrawal and do not have info what happened with my €100, balance after completion was €1031,No answer from support.
