Hello everyone!
In case you were wondering on your payments' status, pleased to inform you that we've processed the earnings yesterday! However, there are some delays and transactions are pending (out of our control really, this is Blockchain related), please bear with us, we're monitoring the situation.
Cheers,
Lucy

Its not out of your control, you may add sufficient fee and it will be processed within 1-3 blocks.
You can check recommended fee at bitcoinfees.21.co

Dear bitcoingg,
We have already addressed this issue two days ago, the specific transaction you are bringing up has been confirmed in less than 1 hour (not 48hrs). Looking back in the history records, the delays have happened only like 2 times in 2 years timeframe, and we haven’t received any other complaints about it so far, except your own of course.
As we have previously informed you, we don’t charge our members any fee, which is why we prefer to pay in batches and wait a bit longer rather than charging our members. If the issue was brought up by other members as well, we could have taken this into consideration and open a thread as to how all members prefer this to be handled, but it was not the case so far.
Thanks again for your feedback and suggestion,
Lucy

It happened to me last two withdrawals. I've had to wait ~30 hours to get first confirmation and second time 9 blocks was bit faster.
You can not say its out of your control and blame the chain.

Hi bitcoingg,
we are not "blaming the chain", all we know that an higher fee means also a faster approval, but I would suggest you to take in consideration the the main explanation I wrote you in my first answer to your specific complain (the one that you removed). If will not be mandatory for any other reason, we are going to keep the fee value as is now.
Waiting a bit doesn't mean unpaid, is in Bitcoin anatomy, and we are all subject to that in many cases.
Thanks for understanding.
PS: I had a look to your latest two withdrawals, since you mentioned a specific approval time of 30 hours, which doesn't seems to match with our records:
24 dec (+54 min)
20 dec (+10 min)
