Thank you for resetting my balance to 0 also you were paying 10k satoshi and then 20k satoshi now you pay 5 cents. That is less then half the amount that it was. Also no bonus where is before I was getting a double bonus. jasonxg: No one reset any past Bitcoin balance, there is a link where you can confirm your wallet to get your previous balance paid, as you can easily read at the beginning of this thread.We already explained the rest, so I hope that you will understand at some point. It happened to me last two withdrawals. I've had to wait ~30 hours to get first confirmation and second time 9 blocks was bit faster.You can not say its out of your control and blame the chain. Hi bitcoingg, we are not "blaming the chain", all we know that an higher fee means also a faster approval, but I would suggest you to take in consideration the the main explanation I wrote you in my first answer to your specific complain (the one that you removed). If will not be mandatory for any other reason, we are going to keep the fee value as is now. Waiting a bit doesn't mean unpaid, is in Bitcoin anatomy, and we are all subject to that in many cases.Thanks for understanding.PS: I had a look to your latest two withdrawals, since you mentioned a specific approval time of 30 hours, which doesn't seems to match with our records:24 dec (+54 min)20 dec (+10 min)

Posts are added up and counted properly. I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining, I'm very glad I can be an active member here and try out casino games.
