Sorry to bring you a not so great news, but we're putting on hold BTC payments due to high transaction fees and slow confirmations, we'll let you know once we resume them. You can always choose BCH or LTC wallets in the meantime, if you already made a cash out request to BTC, no worries, you can tell us if you want to change to another wallet and we'll manually send payment there.
