I know its a weird to say but your staff is too slow i never seen chat online , Some of my submission are rejected/accepted after 40 hours . I hope that we will see a better service from your site and the submissions approval should be in 1-5 hours .

thanks for sharing your thoughts with the community.
Well, what can I say? We do pay always in time, once per week, no exceptions, we offer 1 mBTC for every accepted submission (please let me know if any other website is giving you more for a similar task), and we managed to keep the same payout rate even if Bitcoin is twice the value of when we started. We are just 2 people, and sometimes it takes a little more to determine if a submission can be accepted or not, since we receive 400 daily submissions and A LOT of them are mostly fraud attempts or very poorly reviewed ones, but we still try to be fair all the time.
In any case be reminded that if the submission is not approved after 24 hours you can consider it rejected. Be also reminded about the point 2 of our T&C's: "Please submit only new*, fresh and interesting bonuses, that can be useful especially for you!" . Unfortunately it doesn't seems that a lot of members take that important point in consideration, that's why the moderation process is quite a long task, every day, since years.
Even if the chat is mostly offline at this time, it doesn't mean that we don't read or reply to the messages, this is something that you can ask to the community as well, you can also use the contact form for any specific inquiry. Sometimes people are just sending messages like "give me a bonus" or some pointless complains, even single words, in which cases we prefer to spend our time by doing something more effective for the whole community.
I hope this will help you to understand a little more how CB Club is working, your complain will help me to better handle some aspects of the website, so I must say thanks once again.

From my expierence the staff have always replied to other people and myself within reasonable time and with a well thought our response. I have never seen anyones questions go unanswered.

Second Why don't you just put those people in ignore list who wants to earn money through Fraud
3rd Sorry i thought you have a big staff , but you are 2 people . I know its really hard to manage .
I guess mostly of my submission get rejected because they have only 1 day or less then 24 hours remaining to claim bonus right ?

EDIT: I am seeing 0.0005 still not confirmed , this 0.5 mbtc i earned from my posts can you tell me why it still in pending state ?
