cash outs requests are sent once per week, usually on Monday (so if you've made a cash out request in the past week you should receive your BTCs within the next 12 hours).
I understand that is not always easy to trust a website at first, but I would also point you to the fact that we are paying everyone on time since 2 years, every week, no exceptions, you can easily ask to our older members, they will just confirm that we are probably one of the most generous and clean website in terms of payment rates.
Be also reminded that our cash outs are processed manually, to avoid any risk of fraud or stolen credits, the cash out rules are written on our T&C as well.
One last thing, since we are people just like you, working hardly every day to improve this project, and we know that being friendly and polite it's a necessary form of respect. Then I'm kindly asking you to maintain a polite way to comunicate on this forum. You're always welcome to write us in private if you prefer. To be honest I'm quite sorry that the first approach seems to be quite rude in most cases.
