In the future I would like to include a full section detailing which casinos give free bitcoins the easiest, but for now I am just going to make this general post.
So I can asked all the time, "where or how I can I get some free bitcoins." The answer I always give is to ASK live support at online casinos! Believe it or not, some will give you free play.
Now if you are a new player at a casino simply contact support saying the following (not word by word but something along these lines)..... "Hi! I am thinking of making a deposit but would like to try the games out first, do you offer any kind of free play for new players for this purpose." Not every casino will give you free bitcoin but some (at least half) will. Do not expect to get 100 mBtc free though. The amount I have received has been 5-50 mBtc in the past. A good tip to get a higher free play amount is to let them know you play at another bitcoin casino. If you indeed do then take a screenshot of your deposit history and send it to them so they don't think your full of crap.
For existing players, don't be afraid to ask the casino you are playing at for free play once in a blue moon. I can tell you that by simply asking I have received countless free plays. I was unhappy with a particular casino and went to close my account and in turn they gave me 1,000 mBtc RESTRICTION FREE! I was like WTF?! Other times, I simply asked after depositing a decent amount and losing or just asking and received 500 mBtc, 100 mBtc (countless times) and other free play!
TIP: Always contact live support during business hours. Regular live support staff you talk to normally are not authorized to give free play. You stand a much better chance talking to (or asking to speak to) a hostess in order to be successful. These "hostess" are normally only available during business hours.

Thanks for giving us your nice information to get free mbtc on casinos. I tried several times and they just told me i am not eligible to get free btc from them. So I quite to asking them to get free mbtc.
