Absolutely one of my favorites, great support, always fast withdrawals, very good payout rate. The overall payout rate has recently decreased for some Bitcoin casinos: Bitcoin Penguin and Birwo (this one is now closed), but BitStarz and BetChain are always my fav ones

I love Bitstarz but do have a few bones to pick with this casino. First and foremost, Bitstarz lacks a VIP club, meaning you do not earn loyalty points o redeem for play and/or gifts. Granted, if you deposit at Bitstarz you can expect yo receive 10% cash back email from "Nick" on every Friday BUT there are wagering requirement attached to it. My second issue with Bitstarz is unlike most casinos, they do not offer a deposit bonus on all deposits. Many other casinos offer a minimum 25% bonus on ANY and ALL deposits, 24/7. Lastly a major flaw in my opinion playing a Bitstarz is the lack of 24/7 live support. At best you can expect to get in touch with live support 2-4 hours per day. I do believe they only have a support staff of just 1 which is unacceptable given the number of players.
